DJURA SUB – Case packer
The DJURA SUB – Case packer for stand up bags is an integrated serialization, aggregation and case packer machine. Stand up bags are serialized, aggregated and packed into cases. This can be done directly (stand up bags in shipping case (SC)) or indirectly (stand up bags in mini shipping case (MSC), mini shipping case in SC). In both cases product aggregation is required.
Product aggregation for an 100% reliable track and trace process
Stand up bags are packed into cases. The cases are then labelled with track and trace data. The system automatically aggregates the serialized data with the MSC and/or SC. Product aggregation is essential for a 100% reliable track and trace system.

Stand up bags can be packed directly for shipping after serialization. The Djura SUB – Case Packer automates the serialization, aggregation and case packing process. The stand alone machine ensures a 100% reliable track and trace process from item to master case level.

DJURA SUB – Case Packer MSC
In certain cases stand up bags are being packed into MSC first, before packing it into the MC for shipping. The Djura SUB – Case Packer MSC automates the serialization, aggregation and case packing process of both stand up bags and mini shipping cases.
